Budget AEKU disposable range picks under 30 in Singapore (v2)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering which to pick, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium aeku disposable range narrows once you know which components you actually use. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 33 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries.
Pricing in Singapore shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current SGD rates rather than a fixed list price. Airflow control on the Uwell Calibre is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 40, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.6 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Singapore, availability of the 0.6 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. Comparing this against a 50:50 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 50:50 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Watermelon Chill: sweet, juicy, described as watermelon with a clean cooling exhale. On a 50:50 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.6 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.6 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
