Singapore AEKU disposable range FAQ and answers (2025) (v5)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering age rules, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Most Singapore buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. What surprised us most was how little the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 35:65 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Singapore, availability of the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
For beginners, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 35:65 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.
Charging over USB-C takes about 54 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Deng SQ200 earns its keep: the 3000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 30 and recharges over USB-C.
The Deep Purple finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510-X takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Classic Menthol: cool, sharp, described as clean peppermint with consistent coolness. On a 35:65 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.15 Ω dual mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510-X matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
