Choosing AEKU disposable range: compact users edition (Coconut Pineapple)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering cleaning, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Anyone who has compared aeku disposable range options in Singapore quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.
Battery behaviour is where the Uwell G2 earns its keep: the 650 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 65 and recharges over Micro-USB. We would pair the Uwell G2 with a 60:40 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 60:40 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Deep Purple finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 60:40 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Singapore shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current SGD rates rather than a fixed list price.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Kiwi Lime: tangy, green, described as tart kiwi balanced by lime. On a 60:40 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
